Child & Family Resources, Inc. is seeking a passionate Community Engagement Specialist to lead statewide consumer education efforts and strengthen collaborations with communities across Arizona.

You will plan outreach, coordinate events, and promote high-quality child care, working closely with partners to expand access and awareness. The role requires excellent communication, bilingual English/Spanish abilities, and the ability to analyze data in Salesforce to measure impact and inform program

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma; bachelor’s preferred in related fields.
• 2+ years in community engagement or similar roles.
• Experience with child care or early education programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide statewide consumer information on child care services clearly and unbiased.
• Coordinate outreach activities and events to connect with diverse groups.
• Build partnerships with communities, providers, and stakeholders.
• Enter engagement data into Salesforce and report on outcomes.
