Job summary

Donor Network of Arizona is seeking a Community Engagement & Communications Manager to lead strategic communications, marketing, and community outreach. You will develop partnerships, oversee branding, and guide a high-performing team dedicated to advancing the organization’s mission.

This hybrid role focuses on growing the donor registry, managing digital content, media relations, and events across Arizona, while ensuring consistency with the organization’s mission and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 4 years in marketing, public relations or communications.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Travel requires valid driver's license and access to insured vehicle.
• Relevant experience may substitute for formal education.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching and professional development for the team.
• Oversee workflows, priorities and staff development for strategic initiatives.
• Manage communications, branding and marketing activities to align with brand standards.
• Lead creation and distribution of multimedia content, social media, newsletters and media relations.
• Serve on media and crisis communications response team.
• Build and sustain partnerships with community organizations and volunteers.
• Plan and execute signature events and outreach activities.
• Identify opportunities to raise donor awareness and registrations across Arizona.
• Oversee the Arizona Donor Registry and related initiatives.
• Collaborate to implement programs that boost donor registrations.
