Donor Network of Arizona is seeking a Community Engagement & Communications Manager (Marketing) to lead strategic communications, marketing, community outreach, donor registry growth initiatives and events across Arizona.

This role is responsible for developing meaningful community partnerships, overseeing communications and branding strategies, and leading a high-performing team dedicated to advancing the organization's mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, PR, or related field.
• 4 years of experience in marketing, public relations and/or communications.
• 2 years of supervisory experience.
• 5+ years in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic communications, marketing, community outreach, donor registry growth initiatives and events across Arizona.
• Oversee communications, branding and marketing activities ensuring consistency with brand standards.
