You will supervise the CDA Coordinator and Coaches, ensuring high‑quality coaching, cohort delivery, and partner coordination across districts and higher education partners.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred in early childhood education or related field.
• Minimum five years of progressively responsible experience in early childhood education fields such as teaching, leadership, or workforce development.
• Minimum three years of direct supervision of professional staff in early childhood/education settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day leadership for statewide CDA programs.
• Supervise the CDA Coordinator and CDA Coaches; ensure performance and accountability.
• Develop partnerships with Delaware Teacher Academy CTE and higher education partners.
• Oversee coaching quality, cohort fidelity, and credential‑readiness supports.
• Guide program guidance, budgeting, staffing, and cross‑functional coordination.
• Monitor data, reporting, and continuous improvement efforts.
