Connecticut Institute For Communities, Inc. (CIFC) is seeking a Child Development Associate (CDA) Specialist for their Danbury Early Learning Programs. This role involves assisting in the planning and implementation of classroom routines and activities for preschool and infant-toddler children. The CDA Specialist will work under the direction of Lead Teachers to support children's learning and development.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old, with entry-level experience preferred.
• Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Minimum High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and implementing classroom routines and curriculum.
• Support 1-2 classrooms for pre-school and infant-toddler children.
• Perform tasks as needed under the direction of Lead Teachers.
