Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field with five years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of child development, curriculum and assessment, and professional development.
• Experience delivering workshops and adult learning methods.
• Knowledge of coaching strategies and program evaluation.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and database tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and coordinate professional development content for early-education and school-age audiences.
• Coordinate and adapt PD techniques and delivery methods.
• Travel to conferences to stay current and update curricula.
• Collaborate with coaches and consultants to coordinate service delivery.
• Document coaching activities and quality improvement efforts.
• Tailor PD offerings for staff in collaboration with school and childcare administrators.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate PD efforts across programs.
• Contribute to curriculum redesign and participate in team meetings.
• Create innovative ways to deliver PD content to the workforce.
• Lead public training sessions and mentor instructors across the state.
