Pearson is seeking an Advanced Specialist, Content Implementation to lead end-to-end item and test development for large-scale K–12 statewide programs. You will translate standards into specifications and coordinate across Psychometrics, Content, Publishing Services, and Program Delivery.

The Senior TDM provides leadership on assessment design, ensuring quality across paper and online modalities, and helps deliver successful program outcomes. Strong collaboration and travel are expected.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in educational testing and assessment with client-facing and cross-functional leadership.
Experience in item and test development for statewide K–12 assessments; both paper and online modalities.
Knowledge of psychometric principles relevant to development.
Strong vendor management and financial planning skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to travel throughout the year, with increased travel in summer.

Mansioni

Provide expert guidance on assessment design and content development for statewide assessments.
Serve as primary client-facing content development lead and coordinate educator committee meetings.
Translate standards into actionable item and test specifications and secure client approvals.
Partner with Psychometrics on blueprint setup, test construction, data reviews and standard setting inputs.
Configure item bank metadata and oversee form assembly for paper and online administrations.
Create and monitor labor and non-salary forecasts; participate in forecast and finance meetings.
Lead scope discussions with content development vendors; initiate SOWs and coordinate escalations.
Maintain content development schedules; manage change control and document updates.
Identify and log project risks; develop mitigation plans and corrective actions.
Create and execute communication plans; manage customer review meetings and escalation paths.
Coordinate staffing with Content leadership; coaching for team and vendors.
Leverage AI to improve content development while ensuring accessibility and security.
