The Pavilion at Stow in Stow, OH is hiring a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to join our caring team. You will assist residents with daily activities, monitor vital signs, and support mobility and feeding to ensure comfort and safety in a home-like setting.

Qualifications

• Active STNA certification in Ohio
• Experience in a long‑term care or healthcare setting preferred
• Ability to provide compassionate, patient‑centered care
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and record residents’ vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team
• Provide mobility assistance, including transferring and repositioning residents
• Assist with feeding and ensure residents’ comfort during mealtime
• Help residents with toileting and incontinence care
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all residents
• Work collaboratively with the nursing and healthcare team to provide excellent care
