The Pavilion at Piketon for Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to provide quality care for residents. We offer a competitive starting rate of $19/hr, flexible scheduling, and a $3,000 sign-on bonus for full-time hires.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must hold a valid STNA certification in Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Perform ADLs such as bathing, dressing, and feeding residents.

• Ensure reports and records are completed timely.

Responsibilities (STNA) State Tested Nursing Assistant

• Perform ADLs such as bathing, dressing, serving meals, feeding, ambulating, turning, positioning, etc.
• Maintain clean living conditions for residents.
• Ensure all reports and records are completed in a timely manner.
• Perform all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned by the Unit Manager, Director of Nursing, and Administrator.
