Phoenix of Fairlawn is hiring a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to provide essential care and assist residents in daily living activities. Our hands-on owners foster a supportive, innovative culture where every STNA is truly valued, and every voice matters.

As an STNA, you’ll assist residents with daily living tasks, promote dignity, and work alongside a dedicated nursing team to enhance quality of life.

Formación

• Valid STNA license in the state of Ohio.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with daily living activities (hygiene, dressing, feeding, ambulation).
• Respond to call lights promptly and ensure resident comfort and safety.
• Observe and report changes in resident health to nurses.
• Follow infection control protocols to maintain a safe long-term care environment.
• Support a positive and compassionate patient care experience.

State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) Duties

• Assist residents with daily living (hygiene, dressing, feeding, ambulation).
• Respond to call lights promptly and ensure comfort and safety.
• Observe and report changes in resident health to nurses.
• Follow infection control protocols to maintain a safe long-term care environment.
• Support a positive and compassionate patient care experience.

State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) Schedule

• Shift differential: +$1/hour from 10 p.m.–6 a.m.
• Full-time and part-time available
• 12 hour shifts

State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) Qualifications

• Valid STNA license in the state of Ohio
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods
