Job summary

Bella Terrace, located in Columbus OH, is hiring full-time and part-time STNAs for 12-hour shifts to care for residents under new management. We’re excited to offer DailyPay as a voluntary benefit to access pay before payday starting December.

We are close to OSU Hospital with ample parking and easy transit. Responsibilities: assist with ADLs, safety, and collaboration with RNs/LPNs; maintain records. Must hold active Ohio STNA certification; experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Care for residents under the direction of a licensed nurse.
• Assist with ADLs, such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility.
• Maintain safe and clean living conditions and ensure timely reports/records.
• Support RNs and LPNs in daily care tasks.
• Follow facility and state standards in all duties.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF A STNA:

• Care for residents in a manner conducive to their safety and comfort, under the direction of a licensed nurse.
• Perform all duties in accordance with facility and Federal and State standards.
• Assist RN's and LPNs
• Perform ADLs, such as bathing, dressing, serving meals, feeding, ambulating, turning, and positioning.
• Maintain clean living conditions for residents.
• Make sure all reports and records are completed in a timely manner.

QUALIFICATIONS OF A STNA:

• Must have an active Certification as an STNA in the state of OH
• Experience preferred, not required
