Eastbrook Healthcare Center in Cleveland, Ohio seeks a compassionate State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) for the day shift. You will provide essential daily care to residents, assist with bathing, dressing, and mobility, and support the nursing team to maintain dignity and comfort.

This role offers competitive pay, flexible Part-Time or Full-Time shifts, and benefits including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Must be State Tested in Ohio.
• A minimum of 1 year experience working in a Nursing Home Facility.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' health and behavior to nursing staff.
• Help with feeding and mobility assistance for residents as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents by following infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
• Document care provided and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Engage residents in social and recreational activities to promote their well-being.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
• Uphold the dignity and privacy of each resident while providing care.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• - Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
