Job summary

Medina Nursing & Rehab Center is seeking State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to join our patient-centered care team. We offer 8- and 12-hour shifts, with day and weekend options, including PRN nights and a flexible schedule to fit your life.

Competitive base pay with bonuses up to $24.00 per hour, plus comprehensive benefits and ongoing support. Join us to provide compassionate care in a rehabilitation and long-term care setting in Medina, Ohio.

Qualifications

• Valid State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) Ohio certification

Responsibilities

• Monitor and document residents' vital signs, physical conditions, and emotional well-being.
• Provide support with mobility, transfers, and positioning of residents.
• Assist with meal service, ensuring residents' nutritional needs are met.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Communicate with nursing staff about any changes in residents' conditions.
• Assist with medication reminders as directed by healthcare providers.
• Promote a positive and supportive atmosphere for residents, their families, and the team.
