Medina Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to join a compassionate, patient-centered care team in Medina, OH. Earn competitive base pay with bonuses up to $24.00 per hour, plus full and part-time options, day and weekend shifts, and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities include monitoring residents, assisting with mobility and meals, and supporting the care team.

Qualifications

• Valid State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) Ohio certification.
• Passion for high-quality, person-centered care.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and document residents' vital signs, physical conditions, and emotional well-being.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning of residents.

• Assist with medication reminders as directed by healthcare providers.
