UW Credit Union's State Street Branch in Madison is hiring a Full-Time Teller to warmly welcome members and process teller transactions accurately. You will promote UWCU products and services aligned with members' financial goals, build strong relationships, and strive to exceed expectations while adhering to cash handling policies.

This role requires 1 year of customer service experience and the ability to work Monday through Friday with occasional Saturday hours, as part of a collaborative

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist members at the State Street branch.

• Maintain knowledge of UW Credit Union products and services.
• Ensure accurate handling of member requests at the Teller line.
• Follow UWCU cash management policies and procedures.
• Investigate potential errors in Teller transactions and inform affected members.
• Build relationships with members and make referrals when appropriate.
• Look for ways to exceed members' expectations.
• Collaborate with the branch team to address member and branch needs.

State Street Branch: Full-Time Teller

UW Credit Union is growing and hiring a Full-Time Teller to join our State Street branch.

This position is internal only and has a posting deadline of Monday, September 21st.

Position Details

• Salary Grade: 5
• Min: USD $20.50/Hr.
• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:45pm, 6 Saturdays per quarter (8:30am-1:30pm)
• Location: Madison
• Hours: 1.0 FTE
• Contract Type: Full-time

• Keep a good understanding of all UW Credit Union products and services.

• Build relationships with members, understand their needs, offer recommendations, and make referrals when appropriate.
