Job summary

UW Credit Union’s Junction Road branch is hiring a Peak-Time Teller for a part-time schedule. You’ll be the face of the branch, handling member transactions accurately and with enthusiasm, while supporting teammates and championing UWCU’s service standards.

You’ll stay informed on UWCU products and services, maintain accurate cash handling, and look for opportunities to deepen member relationships by listening and offering appropriate referrals, while ensuring every member leaves satisfied.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience or equivalent.
• Demonstrates ability to work with customers of all ages and backgrounds.
• Excellent interpersonal and professional skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of UW Credit Union by providing front facing member service at the Junction Road location.
• Achieve balanced scorecard results in alignment with Members for Life Sales & Service Philosophy.
• Maintain a high degree of knowledge in all UW Credit Union products and services.
• Ensure all members requests are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Adhere to UW Credit Union’s Cash Management policies and procedures.
• Research all teller transactions when potential errors are identified, and communicate with affected members.
• Identify opportunities to deepen member relationships through building rapport, uncovering needs, making recommendations, & submitting referrals.
• Consistently seek out opportunities to exceed member expectations.

As a Part‑Time Teller, you will play a vital role at your branch, for both your teammates and UW Credit Union’s members. Your job is to make a positive impact on members lives by accurately and enthusiastically performing a variety of transactions to meet their needs.
