Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited law school and member of the Georgia Bar.
• Experience in drafting and arguing dispositive motions in state and federal court.
• Experience in drafting appellate briefs in state and federal appellate courts.
• Experience in federal civil rights litigation.
• Familiarity with the Administrative Procedure Act.

Responsibilities

• Litigates cases in state and federal courts and participates in hearings.
• Researches and prepares pleadings, motions and briefs.
• Attends depositions and works with expert witnesses.
• Provides legal advice and representation to clients/agencies.
