Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking a Lead Pre-K Teacher to plan, assess, and instruct based on each child’s needs and program requirements. The role centers on shaping early education with a curious, inventive, and open-hearted approach to prepare children for Kindergarten and beyond.

You’ll lead on creating engaging experiences, mentor fellow teachers, manage classroom routines, and ensure adherence to licensing guidelines and company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Family Studies or related degree.
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in the class.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards.

The State Pre-K Lead Teacher is responsible for all aspects of planning, assessing and instructing based on the needs of each child, and the requirements of the program. We want change makers who never stop being curious, inventive, and open-hearted to prepare children for Kindergarten and beyond.

As a Lead Pre-K Teacher, you’ll:

• Compensation range of $ based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options
