Learning Care Group in Henderson, NV seeks a State Pre-K Lead Teacher to plan, assess, and instruct based on each child’s needs and program requirements. We value curious, inventive, and open-hearted educators who guide young learners toward Kindergarten and beyond.

As a Lead Pre-K Teacher, you’ll create engaging experiences, mentor teachers, manage classroom operations, ensure licensing compliance, and build strong relationships with families to support our center’s success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Family Studies or related degree.
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
• Care for social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in the class.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, and ensure licensing guidelines and program requirements are met.
• Communicate with enrolled and prospective families to promote child achievement and center success.
