Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow licensing guidelines, company standards and grant program requirements for daily care of every child in the classroom.
• Develop ability to observe, assess, and plan for children and communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on child care, preschool, and development topics.
• Implement curriculum while creating fun, interactive learning experiences for children.
• Support a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment for 4-year-olds.
