Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking a State Pre-K Assistant Teacher to support 4-year-olds in a licensed childcare center. You will follow curriculum and help prepare children for Kindergarten in a caring, safe environment.

You will observe and assess development, communicate with families, and meet state education requirements while participating in ongoing training and credential assistance. Learning Care offers benefits, flexible schedules, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and career growth

Qualifications

• Associates in Early Childhood Education, Child Development or related or an active CDA in Preschool.
• Experience in a licensed childcare center or related field.
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our center requirements.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Caring! Follow all licensing guidelines, company standards and grant program requirements to ensure the daily care of every child in your classroom.
• Engaged! Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.
