Entyre Care is seeking a State General Manager to scale operations state by state, delivering life-changing support for family caregivers. The role requires grit, strategic leadership, and a hands-on approach to growing programs while maintaining high-quality care.

The successful candidate will own clinical teams, drive Medicaid onboarding speed, and turn regulatory challenges into a competitive edge, coordinating with HQ and local stakeholders to accelerate growth across states.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in operational hands-on roles.
• Proven promotional path in high-performance environments.
• Data-driven decision making and sound judgment.
• Experience in healthcare or caregiving ops is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Hire and lead a clinical team of nurses and staff.
• Reduce onboarding friction for Medicaid, waivers, or local programs.
• Navigate state regulatory challenges and turn compliance into a competitive advantage.
• Represent Entyre with clinics, agencies, and the media.
• Provide state feedback to HQ and collaborate with the tech team to fix pain points.
• Share battle-tested tactics to accelerate growth in other states.
• Focus on family sign-ups and convert every lead.
