Qualifications

• Requires strong mission focus and resourcefulness in MFH operations.
• Able to communicate sensitively with families, VSOs, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Be available 24/7/365 by phone to receive MFH requests.
• Coordinate and verify eligibility for ARNG Honor Guard ceremonies.
• Record MFH cases in the MFH database and generate reports as required.
• Coordinate with families, VSOs, funeral directors, and units to conduct ceremonies.
• Monitor and evaluate a sample of performances and report findings within 5 business days.
