Qualifications

• Must demonstrate strong coordination and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, especially in sensitive situations.
• Ability to generate reports and manage data in MFH database.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Must be able to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Be available via telephone 24/7/365 to receive MFH support requests.
• Coordinate requests, verify eligibility, and assign appropriate honors providers.
• Record all MFH cases in the MFH database per handbook.
• Coordinate with families, VSOs, funeral directors, and units to conduct ceremonies.
