Responsibilities

• Coordinates, compiles, analyzes, and distributes information to prepare and file documents related to telephony regulatory matters and compliance functions.
• Assists with preparation and filing of revisions to regulatory documents.
• Prepares correspondence and responsive materials to third parties and regulatory authorities.
• Tests basic tax mapping scenarios within the CLA tax lab and/or client’s tax engines to ensure accurate tax results.
• Supports testing and implementing systems to improve efficiencies and comply with tax rules.
• Reviews jurisdiction laws pertaining to exemptions and validates forms to indemnify CLA from tax liability.
• Contributes to development of requirements for client projects.
• Understands and works to resolve general customer issues.
• Participates in other operational and strategic projects or duties as assigned.
