Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen LLP (CLA) is seeking a Senior Tax Associate to join our Carolantaville Tax team. This in-office role supports privately held businesses across various industries from our Nashville, Atlanta, Charlotte, Raleigh, or Winston-Salem offices.

You will prepare and review tax engagements, advise clients, and mentor junior staff while expanding technical tax expertise. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance (or related field) with at least 2 years in public

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in public accounting or a professional services firm; 3 years preferred.
EA, CPA, or JD license expected in the near future.

Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and supervise tax engagements (S corp, partnership, and other pass-through returns).
Partner with clients and teams to provide tax compliance and advisory services.
Research and analyze technical tax issues and develop practical recommendations.
Manage multiple engagements and priorities with high client service.
Mentor and develop team members with coaching and guidance.
Expand expertise through hands-on client experience and collaboration with tax professionals.
Contribute to C corporation returns, tax provisions, and individual returns as needed.
