Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, compile, analyze, and distribute accurate information to prepare and file documents related to telephony regulatory matters.
• Assist with preparation and filing of revisions to regulatory documents.
• Prepare correspondence and responsive materials to third parties and regulatory authorities.
• Test basic tax mapping scenarios within CLA tax lab or client's tax engines to ensure accurate results.
• Support testing and implementing systems or process changes to improve efficiencies or compliance with tax rules.
• Review jurisdiction laws on exemptions and validate forms to indemnify CLA from tax liability.
• Contribute to development of requirements for client projects.
• Understand and work to resolve general customer issues.
• Participate in other operational and strategic projects or duties as assigned.
