Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA) seeks a Senior Tax Associate for our Carolantaville Tax team in office-based roles across Nashville, Atlanta, Charlotte, Raleigh, or Winston-Salem. You will prepare, review, and supervise tax engagements, collaborating with clients and engagement teams to deliver compliant, timely tax services.

You should have a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance and 2+ years in public accounting (3 years preferred), with CPA/EA/JD in sight.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
At least 2 years of public accounting or professional services firm experience; 3 years preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and supervise tax engagements for S corporation, partnership, and other pass-through returns.
Partner with clients and engagement teams to provide customized tax compliance and advisory services.
Research and analyze technical tax issues, developing practical recommendations and solutions for clients and internal stakeholders.
Manage multiple engagements and priorities, driving operational excellence while maintaining exceptional client service.
Mentor and develop team members by providing coaching, technical guidance, and support for professional growth.
Contribute to a broad range of tax engagements, including C corporation returns, tax provisions, and individual tax returns, as business needs require.
