Job summary

ICF is seeking a Sr. Growth Enablement Specialist to strengthen State & Local market growth across EEI, orchestrating cross‑functional inputs to build compelling sales materials and training resources for public sector buyers.

You will craft value propositions, collaborate with BD, marketing, capture, and delivery teams, and develop assets that translate complex offerings into clear narratives nationwide.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in marketing, sales or growth enablement, preferably in state and local government.
• 3+ years interviewing SMEs to develop persuasive collateral.
• Experience creating or executing enablement strategies and campaigns.
• Ability to clearly articulate value propositions for external audiences.
• Strong project-management across multiple priorities and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on enablement roadmap for State & Local Government initiatives.
• Develop messaging across four lines of business to resonate with buyers.
• Create sales enablement collateral: brochures, case studies, presentations.
• Produce editable PPT graphics simplifying complex ideas for proposals and pitches.
• Monitor collateral performance and iterate for improvement.
• Maintain a Sales Enablement Library with current assets and case studies.
• Track state-level policy developments and funding trends to keep materials relevant.
• Foster a learning culture and knowledge sharing across teams.
• Bring in new ideas from outside to improve processes.
