Job summary

ICF is seeking a Sr. Growth Enablement Specialist to drive State & Local market growth across EEI lines of business. You will shape positioning, orchestrate cross-functional inputs, and develop compelling sales materials that help sellers pursue and win public sector work.

The role sits in the PAGE team, partnering with BD, marketing, capture and delivery to accelerate national public-sector initiatives. Remote-friendly with occasional travel to Reston HQ.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in marketing, sales and/or growth enablement, preferably in state & local sector.
• 3+ years interviewing technical SMEs to develop persuasive sales collateral.
• Experience developing or executing marketing or sales-enablement campaigns or programs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with manager and Business Development to execute an enablement roadmap for State & Local Government initiatives.
• Coordinate with four lines of business to develop enablement messaging that articulates ICF’s value propositions.
• Create sales enablement collateral, including training materials, brochures, case studies and presentations.
• Develop editable PPT graphics and slides to convey complex ideas clearly for pitches and proposals.
• Monitor collateral performance and provide insights for improvement.
• Maintain a Sales Enablement Library with current materials and case studies.
• Track state policy developments and funding streams to keep enablement aligned with market conditions.
• Foster a learning culture and share outside ideas to drive sales excellence.
