The Manager serves as liaison between Partners, clients and staff, oversees multiple audits, staff development, budgeting, and engagement workflows while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• Five+ years in public accounting with public sector experience.
• CPA license current and valid.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of an audit or review engagement on multiple engagements.
• Maintain client relationships and communicate important developments to Directors/Partners.
• Lead, train and review staff; participate in staff performance processes.
• Develop budgets for engagements and monitor adherence; identify scope opportunities.
• Support business development and client service activities.
