Guidehouse in Chicago is seeking a seasoned consultant to lead consumer protection activities for state/local grant programs. You will translate complex requirements into actionable policies, manage the full application lifecycle, and mentor junior team members while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

You will monitor protection metrics, identify trends, and develop training materials to clearly communicate customer rights and program requirements. Travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 3+ years of consulting/government/energy/public policy related experience.
• Ability to travel up to 25% as required.

Responsabilités

• Lead consumer protection activities for state/local grant programs and translate requirements into operational policies and procedures.
• Manage end-to-end application lifecycle, ensuring efficient processing and KPIs are met.
• Develop and maintain complaint-resolution procedures, escalation protocols, and program documentation.
• Provide day-to-day guidance and review for junior team members and subcontractors.
• Oversee intake, investigation, escalation, resolution, and documentation of consumer complaints.
• Monitor protections metrics and analyze trends to identify systemic risks.
• Develop training materials that communicate customer rights and program requirements.
