Qualifications

• Ten years in public accounting with at least 2 years in senior management in the public sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field and CPA license required.
• Ability to travel to client and firm locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements and supervise staff; oversee workflow and staffing.
• Develop staff and drive business development for the firm.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure quality deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with GAGAS/Yellow Book, GAAS, and Uniform Guidance.
• Represent firm in communications with clients and partners.
