Job summary

The USGA in Liberty Corner, NJ is seeking a Coordinator for the U.S. National Development Program State Junior Teams to deliver exceptional customer service and operational support for 50 State Junior Teams Programs, ensuring program compliance and growth.

Based on a hybrid schedule, this role collaborates with multiple departments and partners with Allied Golf Associations, PGA sections, and others; travel 10–20 days per year and start date January 2027.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sports management, business administration, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Working knowledge of the game of golf.
• Customer-service mindset with a proactive approach.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for all 50 State Junior Teams Programs, delivering high-quality customer service and follow-through.
• Proactively schedule and lead one-on-one check-ins with state representatives and develop the annual calendar.
