United States Golf Association (USGA) is seeking a Coordinator for the USNDP to deliver exceptional customer service and operational support to 50 State Junior Team Programs. The role focuses on program compliance, relationships with Allied Golf Associations and PGA sections, and collaboration across departments.
The position starts around January 2027 and is based at the Liberty Corner, NJ campus on a hybrid schedule, with 3 days in the office and travel 10–20 days per year.

The Coordinator is a key member of the U.S. National Development Program (USNDP) who is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and operational support to 50 State Junior Team Programs. This role plays a critical part in tracking program compliance and supporting the successful execution and growth of the USNDP State Team Junior Program. This position will work with various USGA departments who support USNDP (e.g. communications, legal, merchandising, etc.) and the organizations involved with State Junior Team Programs (e.g. Allied Golf Associations, PGA of America Sections, etc.) This position has an ideal start date of January 2027.
This role will be based at our Liberty Corner, NJ campus on a hybrid schedule. Employees are required to spend 3 days per week working in the office, between Monday - Thursday. Tuesdays and Wednesdays are mandatory in-office community days. Employees can choose between Monday or Thursday as their third in-office day. There is a travel component to this role - approximately 10-20 days per year.

The annual base salary range for this position is $50,000 - $58,000. This range represents what we reasonably expect to pay as starting base compensation for this role. Compensation is based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including skill set, depth of experience, and relevant certifications. In addition to your base compensation, the USGA provides competitive benefit offerings for all full-time employees.
