Qualifications

• BA degree in appropriate field and Administrative Services Credential required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum two years experience dealing with state and federal regulations; minimum three years as school administrator.

Responsibilities

• Assist in administration, coordination, and monitoring of state and federal programs to promote district objectives and student achievement.
• Supervise certificated and classified employees as assigned.
• Prepare for compliance reviews and respond to areas of non-compliance for state and federal programs.
• Establish and maintain communications with state, federal, and other outside agencies to provide current information to district staff.
• Coordinate and implement a system to determine eligible schools and students for funding (free/reduced lunch, AFDC).
• Attend Board of Education meetings as requested.
• Provide technical support to schools and link resources to best practices.
