Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in education or related field.
• Working knowledge of federal programs and requirements for students at risk of not meeting academic standards.
• Demonstrated ability to understand and interpret written laws, regulations, and guidance on federal programs.
• Demonstrated ability to organize and present program materials for technical assistance to school districts.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate records and reports of monitoring activities.
• Demonstrated time management and organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
• Demonstrated ability to use technology in maintaining program records and reports.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement the monitoring system for selected federal programs.
• Provide support mechanisms for LEAs to address monitoring findings and achieve compliance.
• Provide high-quality technical assistance and professional learning opportunities to LEAs.
• Support program staff in managing monitoring and data collection systems.
• Assist in the review, feedback, and implementation of school improvement plans for Title I schools.
