Job summary

Contra Costa Community College District seeks a Program Coordinator, Senior in Student Services and Basic Needs to lead complex student support programs at the San Ramon campus.

You will plan, develop, and implement services that attract, retain, and support a diverse student population, including specialized basic needs and equity initiatives, while coordinating with faculty, staff, and external partners to ensure program success.

Qualifications

• Four (4) years of experience performing responsible student services duties in a related college program.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or the equivalent.
• Current policies, procedures and regulations related to assigned student services program.

Responsibilities

• Provides overall direction and guidance to the day-to-day operations of a large and complex assigned program; implements program policies and directives according to District, federal or State guidelines.
• Performs program development and administration for large and/or multiple programs.
• Assists in the development, preparation and/or administration of department and program budgets.
• Maintains and compiles data for statistical reports and student records, and prepares periodic reports for management or outside agencies.
