The position extracts, aggregates, validates, and analyzes structured and unstructured data from Division programs, systems, and external sources to develop analysis-ready datasets and produce reports, dashboards, visualizations, and findings that support program management, policy development, and operational improvement. Working under the Analytics and Research Unit Manager, the analyst collaborates with subject-matter experts and technical staff to define analytical questions, perform assigned analyses, identify trends and patterns, and communicate findings to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
