Lume Search Partners is seeking a State Director to oversee clinical quality, clinician growth, and family outcomes across an entire state. The role includes building and leading teams of Clinical Directors, BCBAs, and operations staff with full P&L accountability, while ensuring timely service delivery and high fidelity across multiple sites.

Qualifications

BCBA certification with 5+ years directing ABA programs and proven improvements in child outcomes and staff retention.
Proven ability to scale multi-site operations while maintaining fidelity above 90%.
Hands-on experience navigating Medicaid and commercial insurance authorizations and audits.
Track record of hiring and developing BCBAs who stay and grow into leadership roles.
Comfort owning P&L, clinic openings, and community partnerships in a for-profit healthcare setting.
