Job summary

The Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (FLHSMV) seeks a budget and procurement analyst in Tallahassee to manage MFMP requisitions, monitor funding and codes. You will administer user access to MFMP, P-Card Works, and STMS, analyze FLAIR transactions, and assist with the Legislative Budget Request.

This position requires Level 2 background check and CJIS clearance, with the State offering comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Florida budget process and purchasing policies.
• Ability to research and analyze financial data and compile readable reports.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Review purchase requisitions in MFMP to ensure funding and codes.
• Manage user access and provide system support for MFMP, P-Card Works, and STMS.
• Analyze FLAIR accounting transactions and budget reports; monitor expenditures.
• Assist with preparation of the Division’s Legislative Budget Request and related admin duties.
