Job summary

The Office of the Attorney General in Tallahassee, Florida is seeking a General Services Analyst to manage agency purchasing for commodities and services, including procurement through requisitions, purchase orders and contracts. The role requires handling MFMP processes, contract drafting, and back-up for P-Card transactions.

Responsibilities include maintaining compliance with statutes and policies, supporting solicitations, and providing customer support within the Bureau of General Services.

Qualifications

• Four years of professional experience in general services/support services operations, purchasing, complex procurements, contracts, p-card management, telecommunications, and/or real property/facilities management.
• An AA in any degree area may substitute for two of the four years of required work experience.
• An BA in any degree area may substitute for the four years of required work experience.
• Preference may be given to applicants with Florida Certified Contract Manager (FCCM) and MFMP experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of agency purchasing, including procurement of commodities and services via requisitions, orders, and contracts.
• Draft, manage, and monitor contracts as needed and provide support for other contracts.
• Support agency solicitation processes, prepare documentation for single source and alternative contracts.
• Maintain organized workspace and filing systems and assist in special projects as assigned.
