High School Diploma or equivalent. Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain a consistent work schedule. Current enrollment as an undergrad student in good academic standing.
Must have the availability to work Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday afternoons 12:30-4:30.
Serves as the primary front-desk contact for the CISE administrative office, managing phones, greeting visitors, and responding to general inquiries. Oversees daily reception operations, including message handling, mail and package distribution, and maintaining an organized and professional front-desk area. Provides administrative and logistical support for departmental activities by assisting with events, creating flyers, maintaining conference rooms, managing office supplies, and supporting faculty and staff with office equipment. Maintains accurate directories and mail assignments, monitors and restocks supplies, and assists with departmental asset tracking as needed
$15 per hour

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with students, faculty, staff, and visitors. Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and ability to follow established procedures. Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office. Proficiency with basic office technology, including phones, printers, copiers and scanners. Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with administrative staff.
