Job summary

DP World is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead frontline teams in a fast-paced warehouse and logistics environment, ensuring safe, efficient operations and daily production goals. You will motivate staff, drive performance through people and processes, and mentor team members on safety and quality standards.

The role requires HS Diploma/GED and experience supervising in industrial settings, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising in Automotive, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain/ Logistics facilities.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience or training in Occupational Health & Safety, 5S, Lean methodologies preferred.
• Quality systems knowledge to monitor staff performance and costs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, train, motivate, monitor and evaluate team performance; ensure safe operation of equipment.
• Monitor and measure team performance for accuracy and document production metrics.
• Identify and eliminate safety and housekeeping hazards to minimize accidents.
• Ensure compliance with processes, work instructions, standard work and work elements.
• Liaise with materials department to ensure on-time receipt and shipment of material.
• Other duties as assigned.
