Job summary

Livewell Animal Hospital of Framingham is seeking a Hospital Manager to help launch and grow a brand-new clinic in Framingham, MA. You will shape culture, build the team, and establish operational rhythms in partnership with the Founding DVM and regional leadership.

You’ll be responsible for recruiting, managing P&L, labor, inventory, and delivering an exceptional client experience while driving community engagement and profitability. Startup experience in veterinary care is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience building and developing teams with a positive, growth-focused leadership style.
• Ability to manage P&L, labor, and inventory.
• Willingness to grow a startup and shape a new clinic.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Veterinary or medical service management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish hospital culture, standards, and expectations from day one.
• Develop local marketing strategies and community partnerships.
• Lead interviewing and hiring for all support roles.
• Manage profitability and operational efficiency.
• Create systems for hospitality and high-quality client service.
