Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Startup Solutions Architect for Early Stage Startups in San Francisco. You will partner with founders to design and scale architectures, prototype solutions with agents and AI services, and help navigate rapid GenAI adoption while aligning with AWS capabilities.

You will balance technical rigor with pragmatic decisions, moving fast in a small-team setting and shaping product directions with feedback from the founder community and AWS product teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in software/cloud infrastructure areas and related domains.
• 2+ years designing or advising on applications/infrastructures.
• Experience conveying complex tech concepts to diverse audiences.
• Hands-on GenAI experience in prototypes or production.

Responsabilités

• Act as trusted technical advisor to early-stage startups, designing scalable architectures.
• Prototype, build reference patterns, and demo solutions with founders.
• Clarify architectures generated by coding agents and tradeoffs.
• Navigate GenAI landscape, select foundation models, and ship production AI products.
• Guide pragmatic build-and-scale decisions while validating directions.
• Stay sharp with new models and tools, advising across the stack.
• Build relationships across SF startup ecosystem and accelerators.
• Represent founder feedback to AWS product/engineering teams.
• Identify tech trends and translate signals into AWS roadmaps.
• Share expertise at startup events and developer meetups.
