Job summary

You’ll use AI tools to manage deal flow, read local startup news, and stay deeply engaged with the startup ecosystem. This role requires building relationships with CEOs, angels, and VCs, plus strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a tech startup as founder, employee, or investor.
• Passion for founders and startups.
• Interest in AI, quantum, energy, agtech, advanced manufacturing, and robotics.
• Proficiency with AI tools to delegate and amplify abilities.

Responsibilities

• Meet technology entrepreneurs and recruit them into Capital Factory’s All Access Fund.
• Speak at startup community events and programs.
• Use social platforms to discover startups and connect with founders.
• Build relationships with CEOs, angels, and VCs and link them to relevant startups.
• Stay updated on local startup news and engage on social media.
• Leverage Capital Factory AI tools to manage deal flow and publish deal memos.
