Job summary

Capital Factory is hiring a Venture Associate in Washington, DC to identify and recruit top technology founders for the All Access Fund. You will meet founders daily, assess breakthroughs, and recruit them into Capital Factory’s portfolio.

The role is on-site in Washington, DC and requires strong relationship-building and event participation. You will use AI tools and CRM to manage deal flow, publish memos, and maintain active communication with founders, investors, and mentors while staying

Qualifications

• Two years minimum as a founder, employee, or investor at a tech startup.
• Strong interest in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, energy, agtech, robotics).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet technology founders and recruit them into Capital Factory’s All Access Fund.
• Speak at startup community events and programs.
• Leverage social platforms to discover startups and connect with founders.
