Job summary

Capital Factory seeks a Venture Associate to meet technology entrepreneurs, recruit them into the All Access Fund, and engage with the startup community in Washington, DC. You will leverage AI tools to manage deal flow and produce deal memos, while building relationships with CEOs, angels, and VCs and attending events to raise Capital Factory's profile.

You will live in Washington, DC, be on-site, and contribute to a fast-paced, AI-first venture team focused on identifying breakthrough

Qualifications

• Minimum two years experience as a founder, employee, or investor at a tech startup.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit and engage technology founders.
• Strong communication and networking skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet technology entrepreneurs and recruit them into Capital Factory's All Access Fund.
• Participate in startup community events and programs as a speaker.
• Use social platforms to discover startups and connect with founders.
• Develop relationships with CEOs, angel investors, and VCs and connect them with relevant startups.
• Read local startup news and engage on social media.
• Use Capital Factory's AI tools to manage deal flow and publish deal memos.
