What You’ll Do:

  2. Client Acquisition: Find new clients by creating awareness, generating leads, and converting them into paying customers.
  3. Client Engagement: Develop strong relationships with startup clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
  4. Candidate Sourcing: Use channels like job boards, social media, and industry events to identify and engage potential candidates.
  5. Partner with startups: Understand their unique hiring needs.
  6. Source and recruit: High-caliber candidates across roles and industries.
  7. Build relationships: Become a trusted advisor for your clients.
  8. Utilize modern recruitment tools: Streamline hiring processes effectively.
